It was a true pleasure to work with you folks. With all my dealings with PJR, you were candid, straight forward & fair. This was my first ISO 13485 Audit and Dawn was patient, thoughtful & kind. Everybody at PJR very helpful and mindful of IPB’s desires and objectives. Always encouraging and offering resources for training & guidance. IPB is firmly on our way to the top with an Effective Quality Management System. I’m excited with the addition of PJR becoming part of the Future IPB Success story.
